Giving thought to things is inviting that thought to become your reality.

In understanding the Law of Attraction and the power that it holds,

 

The more that you think about something and the more that you focus on that thing whether you want it or not your will attract it into your life.

 

And the more you think about it the more you attract it.

 

So why not focus more on the things that you actually want in your life and when you start getting it into your life you can then focus on more things that you want into your life and so on and so forth.

 

When I say focus I mean that you give this thought a lot of your time, a bit like when you have a passion for something and you keep thinking about it, e.g. like how it will look and what you will do when you get it.

 

 

When you start thinking about things that you want in your life like that you will start to bring emotional feelings with it and the more thought that you give it the more power you will give to that thing in coming into your life, and the stronger the vibrations and the more prepared you are to receive it.

 

Let me just state that whether you want something or not, the fact is that giving it a lot of thought and a lot of your time, you give it power to manifest into your life and it will eventually be in your life.

 

Even if you do not want it in your life and you are saying to yourself that you do not want it in your life you will attract it because you are giving it your thoughts and your time, you need to divert your thinking away from what you do not want and focus on what you do want.

 

Fortunately we do not get our thoughts instantly the minute that we think of it and because of this we have time to re-direct our thoughts to what we want instead of thinking about what we do not want.

 

Whether you know about the law of attraction or not it still affects us in our everyday life.

 

So as soon as you start to understand the impact your thoughts have on your life and the connection between what you think and speak into your life and the experiences that you are having in your life, you will understand that changing these thoughts will change your life.

Be patient with yourself when starting this, and take one step at a time, because we have had years of thinking of what it is that we do not want so thinking about what you want may be challenging at first.

 

Change you thinking and change your life and let this be the first day of the rest of your life. Congratulations.

What is it?

 

What could knowing about it do for you?

 

 

What is all the hype about the law of attraction?

 

The Law of Attraction is the most powerful law in the universe. Truly understanding it and start applying it to your life will truly change your life for the better.

 

I have found that since studying it I have more control over my life and what happens in it. I have also starting doing most of the things that before I would have only spoken about and put to one side in my mind and in my life.

 

I can say this to you but what is the point if you do not really know what I am talking about.

 

Firstly I would like to say that I am not writing this because it is a good pitch and a lot of other people are talking about it so I thought that I would jump on the ban wagon. I am writing this because I believe it to be true and more simply it works.

 

 

What is it?

 

What is the Law of Attraction? It is that which is like itself is drawn to itself.

 

"Birds of a feather flock together"

 

Have you ever been somewhere, and found that people you meet have the same things in common with you; well that's the law of attraction.

 

Have you ever wanted something so much that eventually you get it; well that is the law of attraction.

 

Have you ever feared something so much that it happens even when you wished it so much not to happen, well that is the law of attraction.

 

Have you ever got up in a bad mood and through the day things just seem to get worse and worse; well that is the law of attraction.

 

It is like this; if you speak of being poor you will be poor, if you speak of prosperity you will have prosperity, if you speak of illness you will be ill.

 

Nothing never just show up you attract it.

 

It is like radio transmission waves, you can't listen to classic radio station if you are tuned into a hip-hop station.

 

The thing is to learn how to make this law work for your benefit, because it working anyway.

 

What could knowing about it do for you?

 

When you start to realize that what you have been thinking about is actually what is coming into your life experience.

 

The law of attraction responds to your thoughts and your emotions, in other words you have been creating your own reality, because the law of attraction responds to your thoughts and emotions, whether you are thinking about your past, observing something in your present or imaging what you want in your future.

 

When you focus on something you are actually activating a vibration within you and the law of attraction is responding to it now.

 

Like the radio station you turn that dial and eventually you will find the station that you want.

 

Think of yourself as a magnet attracting what you are thinking and feeling most of the time.

 

If you are feeling fat your can not attract slim

If you feel poor you can not attract prosperity

If you think you are going to be late your will not arrive early or on time.

 

Monitor what you are thinking about most of the time and when you find yourself thinking something negative focus on something positive.

 

It is your life so start writing your own life story, all the things that you want in your life start today and congratulations.

Three steps to understanding the Law of Attraction

To truly understand The Universal Laws you will need to understand that it is part of a bigger picture.

 

I have taken quotes from the Esther and Jerry Hicks because this was one of my starting points in learning about the Law of Attraction.

 

Three parts

 

  1. The Law of Attraction

 

Is that which is like itself is drawn to itself.

 

Many of us require re-training in re-organizing our lives and are unaware of this. In many societies we are bombarded with information, many of this information is nothing more than a distraction, such as advertising, other peoples stories e.g. celebrities, films, newspapers, television and so on.

 

This distraction takes our thinking in different areas, away from thinking about ourselves and what we want in our lives.

 

Many people do not know themselves and without knowing are attracting all kinds of things into their lives without knowing why. Thinking about this, that and the other and so little time to sit down and think about ourselves.

 

In short we spend a lot of time drawing things into our lives that are other peoples dreams and very little of our own dreams.

 

  1. The Law of Deliberate Creation

 

That which I give thought to and that what I believe or expect.

 

The more that you think about something the more power you give that thing to come into your life.

 

What you think most of the time is what you bring into your world.

 

Watching the news which is mostly bad news e.g. swine flu, plan crashes and so on. Watching the news alone as no power in itself but when you start to worry about it constantly and it remains in your thoughts then you begin to give it power and draw it into your life.

 

If you thinking about it you will start to see that most of what you think about come into your reality.

 

Saying like, "I said that would happen" and "I knew that was going to happen"

 

These all started as a thought, good, bad or indifferent, it started as a thought, because our thoughts become things.

 

There is a saying that I was told years ago and it goes like this,

 

"Your thoughts become words and your words become things"

 

This is so true.

 

This is why re-training our thinking is so important to our lives; instead of thinking negative thoughts we should change it to positive things.

 

Look for the good in a situation or circumstance instead of looking for the negative.

 

  1. The Law of the Art of Allowing

 

"I am that which I am and I am willing to allow all others to be that which they are"

 

You will only truly the Law of the Art of Allowing when you understand points 1 and 2.

 

To understand yourself you will need to get to know yourself and what makes you happy. Understanding that you are you and that there is no one else like you. Also that you are all that you have got, so getting to like and love you will benefit you. If you start liking and eventually loving yourself you will see that you're out look on your world will change and your relationships will also change.

 

In understanding that you are you, you will start to see that other people are other people with there lives to lead and there way of living their own lives.

 

I hope that after reading this you have a better understanding of the Law of Attraction and realize that you are special.

Don't let negative thoughts stop you

Six tips to start taking positive action

 

 

Your thoughts are things

 

Do you realize that the things that you think about the most always seem to come to you?

 

Isn't that strange, and what's more strange is that we always seem to remember the bad or negative things.

 

Saying things like, I knew that was going to happen, and didn't I say that was going to happen.

 

Just think about it for a moment.

 

If you think it, and your believe it, you will get it.

 

Your thoughts become action and your action become things.

 

Instead of only focusing on negative things or things that could go wrong why not make it work in your favor.

Notebook and a pen

 

Tip one

 

What are you thinking?

 

Take note of what you are thinking and then you will start to see pattern developing as to the way you think. This may seem a simply and short tip but you will start to see just how where your thinking is going.

 

Tip two

 

Inspiring thoughts

 

Write down all your inspiring thoughts throughout the day, you can use your mobile if this will make it easier for you. 

 

You will notice with this exercise, that you will get more and more inspiring thoughts and you will also start to see new opportunities coming your way.

 

That is the power of you thoughts. WOW!

 

Tip three

 

Time with yourself

 

Start spending time with yourself, quiet time with yourself and listen to the sound of silence. This is a wonderful peace in a busy, hectic microwave world where everything has got to be done now.

 

You could also just take a walk in the park and take a good look at your surroundings, your environment. It is amazing how much we miss in this busy world and how little time we spend with ourselves. This is very calming.

 

Tip four

 

Affirmations

 

The power of affirmations is wonderful for reaching your potential and purpose.

 

What are affirmations?

 

Affirmations need to inspire you, motivate you, make you feel good about yourself and your world.

 

Affirmations need to be in the first person, present, tense. Eg "I AM"  

 

Affirmations need to be about something.

 

Instead of I have a wonderful loving family

 

It should be …

 

I am member of a wonderful loving family

 

Tip five

 

Focus

 

When you get focused on what you want , them the magic will start to happen in your life and your will notice that you are happier.

 

When you focus on what you want you will then start you journey in getting it. 

 

Remember that you think it, then you need to take action and then the results will come. So with focused efforts on what you want in your life then just imagine what results you will get in your life.

 

Set aside some time for yourself, to start taking action. No interruptions for about 30 minutes.

 

Just spending a focused 30 minutes a day on a goal will be like spending a whole day at work. But your will get more quality work completed.

 

Tip six

 

Change your thinking

 

If you begin to be aware of how you are thinking and start to focus more on the things that will bring you a positive results. You will then start to see your actions changing and your life changing for the better.

STEPS TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR BREATHING AND TAKE CONTROL OF OUR LIFE

TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR BREATHING AND TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE.

 

Breathing is a vital life force of all living things. In this instance will be focusing on human beings. It is the way that energy is transported around the body and is the body's automatic cleansing system. Breathing is linked to the autonomic and limbic system within the body which are partially responsible for the emotions and states. Therefore by controlling our breathing we can control our emotions.

 

Try these breathing exercises.

 

Step One

 

Take a deep breath in and then exhale out about a tenth of your lung capacity and inhale to fill up again, this is shallow breathing.

 

When you are breathing it helps if you rest one hand on your stomach to check that your stomach raises when you inhale. This will be your check that you are breathing correctly.

 

Do this ten times and check how you are feeling, when you get use to doing this exercise you can increase the repetitions.

 

At first it will feel a little strange but with time you will get use to it. Over time you will feel better and more motivated.

 

Step Two

 

Breathe in slowly to the count of eight, rest your hand on your stomach to check that you are breathing correctly. Breathe out slowly to the count of six contracting your stomach.

 

At first do this five times and with practice increase to ten and then fifteen.

 

You should feel calm; I love this one because it makes me feel really good. This exercise is also used in meditation.

 

I have done these exercises with my clients and they have reported that they feel really relaxed and motivated to take on their challenges of the day.

Get Motivated To Live Your Dream

As a song once stated that Dreams can come true, how would you feel if you knew that you could turn your dreams into your reality.

 

In reading this I believe that you want to change your life for the better.

 

But

 

How can this be done?

 

By making the decision to do so, make this day be the first day of the rest of your life and this is done by making the decision and or choice to do so, and that is your first step.

 

What do you want out of your life?

 

What have you always dreamt of being, doing or having?

 

Get yourself a note book and write it down. Think about the above questions and be honest with yourself.

 

Put aside those negative thoughts of what you have thought about yourself and what other people have told you, because as of now they do not matter.

 

What makes you happy?

 

What gets you motivated?

 

Think about this question because at first it is not an easy question to answer so, be patient with yourself.

 

Write your answers into your note book and keep your note book in a safe place, where you can look at it regularly.

 

Put aside what happened yesterday because you can not change what happened yesterday.

 

Today is the day that you can change and influence so be thankful for today and be glad in your today.

 

What kind of life would you like to live?

 

Think of something that would get you up in the mornings, something that would get you motivated.

 

Visualize it, sit quietly and close your eyes and see the life that you want.

 

I collect pictures, pictures that I have taken and pictures from magazines and put them in a scrapbook or photo album. I call this my vision book, which I look at often, especially when the day is not going as good as I would like it to go. Eventually you will be able to visualize some of these pictures without physically looking at them. This is great when you can do this. I have done this in meetings and some really boring events. It makes you happy and that is nothing but being in a healthy space no matter where you are.

 

When collecting your pictures remember that there is no limit to what you want in your life and that you can have what ever you want, so remember this when collecting your pictures and writing your lists.

 

This is a quote that keeps me motivated "Society Predicts But You Determine Your Future".

 

Put this up where you can see it regularly.
